How does the pricing work?
Do you charge per-photo or per-product? We charge per-photo. This means if you have two products and you want 3 photos each you will be charged for a total of 6 photos.
How much will it cost? The biggest factor in the overall cost of a project is the number of photos being ordered. Because it’s much more efficient to shoot one large project versus several smaller ones, our pricing model includes significant discounts as the size of your order increases. Detailed rates can be found on our pricing page.
How do I pay? Before starting your project we will send you a quote with a payment link which you can use to accept the quote and pay. We accept all major credit cards as well as Paypal.
Can I get the quantity rate if I have many smaller projects? Our rates decrease with a larger order because it is more efficient for us to shoot one large project than it is to shoot several smaller projects. Because of this, each project is priced separately based on the size of each order.
How long does the process take?
It depends on the service you employ us for. But generally:
1 week after receiving the product.
Expect approximately 3-4 weeks for delivery. Here is the standard process:
Week One – We’ll submit the stock photos in a wire-frame for conceptual reference and approval.
Weeks Two - We’ll begin scheduling, ordering, and gathering props.
Week Three - We’ll conduct the photo shoot session.
Week Four – We apply stylistic revisions to the photos upon request.
If a quicker turnaround is needed, rush service may also be available.
During particularly busy periods lead times may increase slightly so please feel free to contact us and we’ll be glad to confirm expected production times.
What if I would like an image to be re-shot? If we’ve made a mistake we will gladly re-shoot or edit the photos to make them right, no charge. Re-shoots for artistic or editorial reasons, or resulting from client error or omission will be quoted at the time of the change request.
How many photos do I receive?
For each order placed we’ll provide at least 6 photos, unless you purchase additional photos. Of course we take dozens, or hundreds, of photos during the shoot, but we hand select and edit the best ones to deliver to you.
Anything that is too large for one person to carry or transport in a regular sized car is considered “very large” or over-sized. These require special tools or additional people to move, and there is additional cost associated with those resources.
If this is your situation please contact us directly for a quote.
